About Us
Stirring Water's is a project Removing the Barriers, RTBI, a nonprofit organization based in Lake Wales. The Mission of RTBI is to remove the barriers to great experiences for people with disabilities. The Mission of Stirring Waters is to help people with disabilities off the deck and into the FUN. Stirring Waters will be an aquatic center that is intentionally and fully inclusive of people with severe disabilities.
