We are licensed as Private lodging by the State of Florida under Motel hotel trancient units. We have 20 units that we rent furnished with all furnitures and untilities including Cable, Wifi etc. We rent them daily, weekly or monthly or seasonal.
We have 5 acres of Lake front property located facing South Scenic Hwy (Hwy 17 S) between Lake Wales and Babson Park with Lake Wales address.
