Todd Shultz is the Marketing Director for the Florida Heartland Team and the owner of Lake Wales Advertising. A long-time local resident, Todd uses over 30 years of corporate advertising experience to ensure the brokerage's real estate listings receive maximum exposure. He is deeply rooted in the community, serving as an active Chamber of Commerce member, Treasurer of the Ridge Audubon Society, and a dedicated volunteer for local arts and community initiatives.

Rich Williamson is a Realtor® and Media Specialist with the Florida Heartland Team. A long-time Lake Wales resident and business owner, Rich guides buyers and sellers through the Central Florida market with honest advice and hometown expertise. He also directs the team's visual marketing, capturing professional photography and drone media for local listings. Rich is the official photographer for the Lake Wales Little Theater and a dedicated volunteer for local arts and community organizations.
