Founded in 1948, Peace River Center is a nonprofit organization providing comprehensive mental health, substance use, and victim services to individuals and families throughout Polk, Hardee, and Highlands counties. Services include outpatient therapy, psychiatric care, crisis intervention, support for survivors of domestic and sexual violence, and more. Through compassionate, accessible care, Peace River Center engages, restores, and empowers individuals to reach their full potential.
