I enjoy working with first time homebuyers within Polk County, Florida who are looking for the guidance, to answering their questions and sometimes, to help eliminate their fears in purchasing their first home.  I've been a Realtor in the Polk County area and specialize in New Home Sales and Construction for over a decade. I recently joined Homes for Heroes as a Local Specialist. Building relationships is my goal in helping homebuyers find the best home. When I'm not helping people find their new home, I can be found enjoying time with my family friends, (and our mini farm of dogs, a cat, tortoise, a rabbit and 2 goats), beach vacations, cruising, reading a good book or binge watching a good Netflix series!
