Webber FBLA Students Excel at State and Qualify for Nationals
Babson Park, FL (March 23, 2026)– Webber International University is proud to announce the outstanding accomplishments of its FBLA Collegiate students who competed at the FBLA State Leadership Conference. Webber students have been presented on networking, competing, and representing the university with professionalism, confidence, and excellence.
During the conference, students had the opportunity to meet and learn from remarkable business and community leaders including Senator Danny Burgess, CrossMarc Founder & President John Crossman, UCF Vice President for Health Affairs Dr. Deborah German, workplace expert Bonnie Low-Kramen, Sara Burgos (International Sales Manager at SeaWorld), and many other professionals. The conference provided several days filled with learning, networking, and valuable opportunities, where Webber students demonstrated the incredible talent and professionalism that define the university.
Webber International University students earned multiple top finishes across several competitive events:
- Jun Saito & Felipe Jarrin – 1st Place, Business Ethics
- Holly Terrel, Adriana Campero, & Daniel Diaz – 1st Place, Community Service Project (Christmas Around the World)
- Makai Elder – 1st Place, Impromptu Speaking
- (Students are given a topic and have 10 minutes to prepare without access to technology)
- Gianni Fink & Alanys Rodriguez – 2nd Place, Digital Design & Communication
- Thea Roque, Alina Bruhlmeier, & Holly Terrel – 2nd Place, Finance Competition
- Adriana Campero & Daniel Diaz – 2nd Place, Digital Design Competition
- Joshua Lopez-Rojas – 4th Place, Public Speaking
- Tristan Greenleaf & Callum Woolston – 4th Place, Emerging Business Issues
Qualified for National Leadership Conference
As a result of their exceptional performances, all of these Webber students have qualified for the FBLA National Leadership Conference, where they will represent Webber International University on the national stage. This is a tremendous accomplishment and an opportunity for Webber to gain national recognition through the hard work and dedication of its students.
These students have invested countless hours in preparation, presentations, practice, and professional development. They have represented Webber with pride and have once again put Webber International University on the map through their achievements.
